                            <strong>Automated offer flow (Auto)</strong><br>

Offers <strong>declined by rules</strong> and any <strong>counter-offer</strong> stay <strong>fully manual</strong>. Counter-proposals waiting for the customer expire after <strong>{{ \App\Models\ClientOffer::COUNTER_PROPOSAL_VALIDITY_DAYS }} days</strong> (same as email accept/decline links). Follow-up acceptance emails/SMS are <strong>not</strong> sent automatically the next day — use the <strong>Notification</strong> button on the Offers page when you want to resend (once per day per offer). When unchecked, everything stays <strong>fully manual</strong> as before.</span>
